my ins/outs of 2023's final quarter
happy friday the 13th. you are luckily receiving another screaming into the void, but in lowercase post
hello screaming into the void, but in lowercase readers! i think i am finally seeing the light at the end of the writer’s block tunnel, and i feel a warm comfort in writing more posts for this newsletter. hopefully, i’ll be sharing a summer travel diary, an endearing story about beyoncé and the renaissance world tour, and other silly posts on this newsletter.
in the meantime, here’s the long overdue trilogy to my ins/outs of this year (see january and march). i hope this fall/winter brings you more cozy evenings, warm drinks to sip on, and an endless amount of snoopy memes.
ins:
animated cinematic universes (charlie brown/snoopy, scooby doo, shaun the sheep/wallace and gromit, shrek, etc.)
warm apple cider
lava lamps
reading a book during a long commute
fall foliage at botanical gardens
cozy games
refreshing and revamping old playlists
celebrating the small wins
lego flower sets
outs:
comparing beyoncé to taylor swift (please leave this in 2023)
sacrificing your silly nature
denying yourself a little treat
mindlessly purchasing video games
student loan repayments
purchasing books on amazon instead of bookshop.org
taking accessible public transit for granted
excessive screen time
echoing in caps OUTS: STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENTS.
